1) Scope

These terms govern purchases and use of digital website templates and ready made micro SaaS templates on apparchitectneo.site provided by Aahav Labs. Templates are designed and developed using AI powered IDE and tools with human review.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to contract. Keep account access secure. Actions under your account are deemed to be by you.

3) Orders, Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown on the site and may change. We use multiple payment gateways for a better checkout experience. Applicable taxes – including GST or VAT – are calculated at checkout based on your billing details. You agree to provide accurate billing information. If you face any payment or checkout issue, email hi@apparchitectneo.site and we will assist.

4) Delivery of Digital Goods

After successful payment, downloads are provided via your account area and or by email. You are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up files. Download limits or expiry may apply if stated on the product page.

5) License and Usage

Use of any template is governed by the separate License and Usage Terms page. Free templates require visible attribution. Resale or redistribution as templates requires prior written permission from Aahav Labs and AppArchitectNeo. If there is any conflict, the License and Usage Terms control.

6) Support and Post Purchase Services

Basic guidance for installation and minor issues is provided as goodwill support. Major tasks – custom development, feature additions, redesigns, integrations, performance tuning, migration, or other work beyond minor guidance – are paid services and are not included in the product price. Paid work requires a separate quote and acceptance before we begin.

7) Refunds and Cancellations

Digital goods are non refundable after purchase. If you face a problem, contact us and we will review as a special case and do what we can at best – including guidance or file replacement where feasible – at our discretion. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the process. Nothing here is a promise of refund.

8) Prohibited Uses

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share templates as templates, themes, kits, starters, or component libraries without written permission.
Use templates to build a competing template generator or dataset without written consent.
Remove required attribution for free templates.

9) AI Assisted Development Notice

Templates are created using AI powered IDE and tools with human review. Outputs may incidentally resemble other material. We do not intentionally copy third party works. You are responsible for final review and suitability for your use case and compliance needs.

10) Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in templates except for the license granted. You retain rights in your original modifications and in your end products, subject to our rights in the underlying template and any third party licenses.

11) Warranty and Liability

Templates are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, accuracy, and reliability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific template, or INR ₹0 for free templates.

12) Privacy and Data Deletion

We do not use your personal information for marketing and we do not sell personal information to third parties. To request deletion of your data from our server, email hi@apparchitectneo.site. We will assist, subject to legal retention requirements and technical feasibility. See the Privacy Policy for details.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.

14) Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India – State of Gujarat. Courts located in Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing suit, parties will attempt good faith resolution for 30 days after written notice.
