1) Included Support
Basic guidance is included as goodwill support – installation tips, minor configuration help, and clarifications on documented features.
2) Paid Services
Major tasks are paid and are not included in the product price – custom development, new features, redesigns, integration work, performance tuning, migration, or any work beyond minor guidance. Paid work requires a separate quote, scope, and acceptance before we begin.
3) Requesting Help
Email hi@apparchitectneo.site with your order ID and details. We will confirm whether the request is minor guidance or a paid service and outline next steps.
4) Response Times
We aim to respond in a reasonable time on business days. Complex cases may require investigation and a follow up schedule.
