1) Digital Goods – No Standard Refunds

All purchases are final because digital files are available immediately after payment. Nothing in this policy obligates us to provide a refund where law does not require it.

2) Special Case Help

If you face a problem with a product, contact us and we will review as a special case and do what we can at best – including guidance or file replacement where feasible – at our discretion. 3) Exceptions We Consider

• Duplicate payment charged in error.
